MacDougall & Company, through the principal efforts of Joe MacDougall, has provided real estate services to Houston's industrial, investment and business communities since 1981. In analyzing a company's facility needs, MacDougall & Company will deliver a workable solution, based upon the client's best interests, at an affordable cost. Through our research, we will develop a strategy ranging from existing buildings to land development and build to suit/design build opportunities. The services offered by MacDougall & Company are comprehensive and include active representation for landlords and tenants, along with buyers and sellers. The properties we deal with in our portfolio range from industrial and include distribution, service center, and manufacturing facilities, along with commercial land with a wide range of mixed uses. In reference to land use, MacDougall & Company has been engaged to represent multi-family developers in site selection for both garden style & mid-rise construction. Additionally, MacDougall & Company, through its principal, Joe MacDougall, has assisted hospitality users in site selection for hotel properties.

 

To date, MacDougall & Company has acquired and/or has under contract 16 projects since 2014 as the brokerage arm of various Partnerships operated by Joe MacDougall.  These properties range from 13,000 to 126,960 square feet which include co-investment from over 66 Limited Partners in various acquisitions or pending transactions.  The properties located in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and The Woodlands/Conroe include office/warehouse, distributing and manufacturing facilities totaling near 1,000,000 square feet.
